Windres, Pre-build

Hey all,
I'm having an issue with windres, was wondering if anyone had any ideas
about it. I'm using the pre-build options in Eclipse which just is a command
line that executes before the main build of a project. Anyways I'm just use
the command:
"windres -o sim.o sim.rc"
However GCC outputs:
"c:\MinGW\bin\windres.exe: can't open icon file `Simulation.ico': No such
file or directory"
