configuration in gcc build

Hi.
 What I didn't like in configure script for gcc is that it
lists the languages that will or won't be built in the middle
of it's output, and not at the end. I expected all "important"
information to be repeated at the end.

On one attempt I didn't pay attention it wouldn't build
fortran, because there no mpfr lib. Well, you could
pay attention that I don't pay attention much :)
