is there a general toolchain mailing list?

  is there a distinct mailing list for questions about the overall
gcc/as/ld toolchain set?  i'm probably going to have some questions
about linker scripts, but this is clearly not the right forum for
that.  mostly, i guess, a mailing list about gcc development under
linux.  thanks.
