libgomp and python: dlopen fails

Its great you found this! I will try to:

- comment out that line in the configure file of the gcc libgomp directory
- make distclean
- make

and hopefully the problem is gone. It's not clear to me what this option 
protects...

I'll let you know if I've made any progress.
