How to downgrade gcc 3.4.3 to 3.2.3

Hi,

RH 4 got installed with 3.4.3 gcc compiler. Oracle 10gR2 Native 
compilation requires gcc 3.2.3 version. So, tried all manuals/forums and 
couldnt get the answer. Is there any supported way of downgrading from 
3.4.3 to 3.2.3 ?
