Install GCC on a VMware Virtual Machine (Fedora core)

I think you are much more likely to find the right location if you ask
people familiar with VMware.  I have no idea what VMware wants.

My only guess would be that you need to install the glibc-devel RPM.
But I really don't know if that is correct.
