insn-output.c & powerpc.md ??

Hi,

I need to change the target  from powerpc to only subset of the powerpc 
architecture.
I downloaded many versions. in the config directory I couldn't find a 
powerpc directory in order to find
the powerpc.md. and I couldn't also find the file insn-output.c.

where are those files?
