Error while cross compiling gcc

Hi!

I am trying to make a GUI "config" for GCC build process. For that i hv to
know all the options for the native as well as cross compilation of GCC. I
hv done "make distclean", but it's of no use.
I then comiled in new dir, but now it's giving error:

as: unrecognised option `-meabi=4'
