Problems building 4.1.0 on AIX 5.2.0

Hi Alvin,

Don't run configure in the source code directory.

Create a peer build directory, run configure from the peer, ala
../gcc-4.1.0-src/configure --disable-werror --enable-bootstrap
--prefix=/usr/local --enable-languages=c,c++

You'll have to rm your current (tainted) source code directory, and untar
the source again.

Note:  the build directory doesn't have to be a peer.  But it should not be
the source code directory itself, nor any subdirectory thereof.
