a.out: not found

In crosstool-0.38, the file gcc-3.4.3-glibc-2.3.3-hdrs-2.6.11.2.dat
has
.....
......
LINUX_DIR=linux-2.6.8
......
.....

I changed it to:

BINUTILS_DIR=binutils-2.15
GCC_DIR=gcc-3.4.3
GLIBC_DIR=glibc-2.3.3
LINUX_DIR=linux-2.6.10
LINUX_SANITIZED_HEADER_DIR=linux-libc-headers-2.6.11.2
GLIBCTHREADS_FILENAME=glibc-linuxthreads-2.3.3
GCC_CORE_DIR=gcc-3.3.6

Plz any one tel me, can this combination work for arm-9tdmi-linux-gnu ?

Bcoz, Im getting error:

sh: a.out: not found   when i use ./a.out

I checkd it with older version of my crosscompiler--- it works well.
