open darwin and gnuStep help

Hi
Is it possible for me to have the GNUstep
environnement on my mac os x 10.3.9? I think i have
install Darwin 7.9 ands GNUstep but no application
works..

I dont know where to find a real explanation manuel
for mac user for installing GNUstep and openDarwin
correctely.
Can you help me?
