What versions of GCC support building applications with
POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING?

--My cuurent version of GCC:
gcc version 4.0.1 20050919 (Red Hat 4.0.1-14)


Do I have to turn on something special in my linux kernel as in
a preemptive versus non-preemptive kernel?  
-- My current OS:
Fedora Core release 4 (Stentz) 2.6.13-1.1532_FC4

Is there a special flag in GCC to support
POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING?

Can someone point me to some code examples?
