downloading using CVS

Follow the instructions here:
    http://gcc.gnu.org/cvs.html
but add "-r tree-profiling-branch" as an option after "checkout".

That is what it means when
    http://gcc.gnu.org/projects/tree-profiling.html
says "a branch in GCC's CVS repository called tree-profiling-branch".
