toolchain compilation problem

Sir,

i have build tool chain for sh  using following source
rpms :
1)binutils-2.13.90.0.18
2)gcc-3.2.3
3)glibc-2.2.5

After successfully compiling(make) I have installed 
all these .Now the problem is when I try to compile my
program with this new gcc(i.e sh-linux-gcc)like this
[spsingh@3di-4-linux test]$ sh-linux-gcc hello.c

I dont know what to do and where is the error and how
to locate it. If you could help me i will be highly
