How to use GCC on Mac OS x?

Hi there,

I am a new CS student of Stanford Univercity. I just buy a powerbookG4 and 
need to compile my C code on Mac OS X. This is the first time that I use 
Mac and GCC, can you help me and tell me how to use GCC on Mac OS X?
