errors while compiling gcc

Hi all,

I'm trying to compile gcc v3.3.2 statically. I called configure like the 
following :

configure --prefix=/work/occs/codesign/sfw/gnu/gcc/v3.3.2/shared/ 
--with-local-prefix=/opt/sfw/ --enable-shared --enable-threads 
--with-gnu-as=/opt/sfw/bin

I executed make bootstrap and I got the following errors :

I'm working on a NFS net, is it the problem? how can I solve it please?
