multiple definition of `typeinfo for std::exception'

Hell All again!
In my project I user STL_PORT 4.5.3 compiled under
Mingw32 3.3.1 , and mostly parts linked fine
but in one my dll I user
follows construction

class _SHARED_BASE_EXPORT MyError : public std::exception

and when I linked this DLL with stlport library tohether
linker produced follows:

Is somebody has home problem in past ?
Or can you gime me advise - where is can by problem ?
