C++ executables without libstdc++

hmm, try an other STL implementation:

   - STLport  (www.stlport.org)
   - CXXRT from Dietmar Kuehl (www.dietmar-kuehl.de)


or eventualy your "small problems" are solved when you link static 
against the libstdc++...
