Error during link

[John Gonzaga]

Built the gcc toolchain successfully then I get this error at link time 
of my test app:

/lib/gcc-lib/arm-elf/3.3.2/../../../../arm-elf/bin/ld: cannot represent 
machine `armv4b'

Using:
binutils 2.14
newlib 1.10
gcc 3.3.2

Does this mean I built the toolchain for a wrong version of arm? I'm 
using arm7tdmi. Thanks.
