extract the grammar-tree

in my research, i wanna extract the grammar-tree of the source code of linux kernel with GCC,
which is produced by the parser which is automatically generated by YACC.

now the problem is that i couldnot find out which file is the right file i want---
the file gives out the grammar of c/c++ which is used in source code of linux kernel.
 
HELP! if u know which file (*.y) is used as grammar and provided to YACC to generate the *yacc.c ,which generate the grammar-tree.
