HELP INSTALLING GCC3.2 on HPUX 11.11

if anybody has done successfull installation of gcc 3.2 under HPUX 11.11 plz 
help me.

Plz send in the steps to follow.

any help will be highly apprteciated.

i am having gcc3.2-tar.gz and gmake 3.80.
