I have a problem with compiling GCC

hi eljay!
i think that you know a lot about GCC, so can you help me probalby?
my problem is that i want to install GCC on a linux red hat 7.3 system, but 
when i start the installation there comes the massage, GCC is not compiled!!
i don´t know what i should do so do you know any compiled version of gcc or 
have you any other idea how i could solve this problem!!
please give me a answer
