Hi Bharathi,

You can put any glyph you want anywhere.  How your program interprets the
symbols in your strings is up to you, and the facilities of the OS your
application runs on.

Note:  if your value-to-glyph mapping is different than from, say, ISO
646-IRV, or ISO 8859-1, or ISO 10646, or whatever your OS uses, you'll have
to write your own Bharathi-character-encoding to OS facilities routines.
(Or create your own OpenType or TrueType font that just so happens to have
the glyphs in the same positions as your custom mapping.)

I have to mention, you are sort of swimming up stream, and re-creating the
wheel.  There are many routines in the Standard C Library and the Standard
C++ Library that are ISO 646/8859/10646/et al savvy.
