Filesize of zero in archieves. Where to get the correct files?

Hi,

I noticed this in the
  h8300-target-mingw-host-binutils.tar.bz2  -> usr\local\h8300-hms\bin
already! All the exe files have zero size too!

And in the   h8300-target-mingw-host-gcc-3.2.tar.bz2:
 usr\local\bin\h8300-hms-c++.exe and all the libg.a have size of zero!

Where can I get the right files?
