Error with GCC 3.0.4 - `__copy_streambufs' was not declared in this scope

Hi:

I am running into the following error with GCC 3.0.4 - Linux ( Redhat 6.2)

/usr/local/gcc/include/g++-v3/bits/std_streambuf.h:77: `__copy_streambufs' 
was not declared in this scope

Any idea how to fix this problem?
