dlopen() not initializing modules?

Hi Charles,

 I believe, the problem with proper initialisation of
globals in shared objects when dlopen'ed is quite well
known. I guess, you will have to rely on the special
_init and _fini symbols combined with some sort of
singleton thing for proper initialisation or refrain
using globals with nontrivial constructors.
