Yes.

You need to build a compiler, assembler, linker, gdb, etc for
hppa64-hp-hpux11.00.
ie
configure hppa64-hp-hpux11.00

Due to various changes in the ABI it is not currently possible to build
one compiler which supports both the 32bit and 64bit ABIs for HPUX.
