GCC 3.0.3 Configuration Warning

Hi,

I am compiling GCC 3.0.3 on HP UX 11.
I am trying to configure using the following parameter

../gcc-3.0.3/configure --enable-threads=posix  --prefix=/opt/experimental --
enable-shared  --disable-nls --disable-multilib --enable-languages=c,c++

But i am getting a warning

*** This configuration is not supported in the following subdirectories:
     target-libffi target-boehm-gc target-zlib target-libjava target-libf2c
zlib fastjar target-libobjc
    (Any other directories should still work fine.)

Will cause any problem in Compiling and Installing GCC. Please help me out.
