Name binaries

hi,

that's my first post to the list, so hello all.

i want to install gcc 3.0.3 additionally to
gcc 2.95.3. if i do this without renaming all
binaries i'm not able to call the old one,
because the gcc 3.0.3 comes up first. so i want
to have a '-3.0' appended to the binary names.
you can i do this? it seems that '--programsuffix=-3.0'
don't fix my problem.
