Unresolved Symbol - terminate(void)

What library am I missing when I get an error
unresolved symbol for terminate(void) during
link of g++ code?  I am using GNU C 2.95.2
on Solaris 7 running on an Intel box.

Libraries that I include are:
LIB.X  = -L/usr/openwin/lib -L/opt/sfw/lib
-L/usr/local/lib -lm -lmalloc -lnsl -lsocket
-lolgx -lX11 -lncurses
