Problem with explicit template instanciation

Hi Laurent,

Does the problem still show up when you define...

namespace CDK
{
     //...yada yada yada...
     ExcpManip Param( char const * const& , char const * const& );
}

The "char const * const" should handle string literals.  Whereas "char* 
const" isn't quite right for string literals.
