gcc on Aix 4.3.3

Hello all.
I have a problem that it make me cracy.
I downloaded gcc 3.0.1 binary distribution for aix, but it has been compiled
on aix 4.3.2 and my system is aix 4.3.3
When i try compile any program always it shows errors similar to:

I think the problem is that gcc 3.0.1 is compiled for aix 4.3.2 and i don't
know what i have to do to resolv the problem. If i try compile gcc 3.2.1 i
cannot because same problem.

Anyone can help me ?
