Building Error

Hi,

When building gcc from source, I get this error:
/bin/sh: ./gengenrtl: Permission denied
(in $BUILD/gcc)

I obtained the sources by CVS within the last 24
hours.
The file appears to be in binary format - `cannot
execute binary file'

Commands are as follows:

bash $SRCDIR/configure --prefix=$INSTALL
make bootstrap (invoked from $BUILD)

Machine: i686-pc-linux-gnu

Help would be appreciated
