g++ can't find includes

It seems that g++-3.0.1 isn't looking in the standard
include directories. It should be looking in
/usr/local/include/g++-v3/ but, after a strace, I
found it is only looking in /usr/local/include/ and
/usr/include. I configured with all defaults, built
with make bootstrap, and installed with make install.
Any idea what the problem is?
Here's my g++ -v:
Reading specs from
/usr/local/lib/gcc-lib/i586-pc-linux-gnu/3.0.1/specs
Configured with: ../configure
Thread model: single
gcc version 3.0.1
Nothing interesting there...
