How to make "libgcc.a" with "-msoft-float" for ARM-ELF.

I have problem with making "soft floating point" version of "ARM-ELF"
cross-compiler at Sun Solaris 7.
The problem comes, I guess, from "libgcc.a" that is not built in "soft-float".
Thus, are there anyone can give a tip on this?

I am working on making "Arm-Elf" using the following packages:
    * binutils-2.11.2
    * gcc-core-3.0.1
    * newlib-1.9.0
