gcc 3.0.2 on AIX 4.3.3.0

Hi,

 I am trying to build gcc-3.0.2 on an ibm m80 running aix, but i am
having a bit of a problem getting anything but single threaded model,
and i am writing multithreaded applications...
 A second problem, i have, is, that the g++, i build, has the "alloca"
problem, but the gcc does not, i thought, the g++ compiler was buildt
using
the gcc compiler??
