Re-make

Hi,

I am messing around with the gcc-2.95 source. For my first compile I used:

	'make bootstrap' 

and everything went fine. I have now modified gcc/toplev.c and want to
recompile. The problem is that 'make bootstrap' and 'make all-gcc' both
seem to recompile at least the entire final stage which isn't much fun
to wait for. 

I notice that gcc-3+ have the 'make quickstrap' target which sounds like
what I want -- is there an equivalent for 2.95?
