Last version supporting hppa-elf?

What's the last version of gcc that supports hppa-elf target?

I am working with the Winbond W90210, W90215 and W90221, which are all 
essentially the same PA-RISC Level 1 core, and the manufacturer only 
supplies an ancient DOS32 build of gcc. I'd like to build under cygwin, but 
current snapshots of gcc say that hppa-elf is no longer supported.
