Configuration file for include library and linker

Could someone please tell me the name of the configuration file for GCC 
that contains the default locations of the include library for 
preprocessing and the archive library for the linker.
With Borland C++, this information is held in the file bcc32.cfg
With Turbo C++, this information is held in the file turboc.cfg
Where is this information held for GCC?
