Downgrade GCC

[Ezequiel Glinsky]

I think I've correctly "downgraded" to gcc v2.95.3!
Now, when I try to compile any program, it's impossible to "find" and
correctly include any standard library (stdio, iostream, list, etc).
Any idea on which libstdc++ version should I re-install?

Well, the simple solution (and I didn't tested it myself) should be to
download the
redhat rpm for gcc 2.91 or 2.95 and install (& replace) it. I think you can
do
that with the options -Uvh --force for the command rpm.
I think that gcc-2.91 is the version embedded in redhat 6.2 so it should not
be
too difficult to find this rpm (go to redhat web server and  check the
mirror
sites).
