64-bit OS with gcc 2.95.2

Hi.  I am having trouble migrating applications
from Solaris 2.6 (32-bit OS) to Solaris 2.7 (64-bit
OS), recompiling as I go.  I get some runtime
problems; gdb shows they happen in system routines.

gcc 2.95.2 is a 32-bit compiler.  Should I expect
problems making system calls, or library calls, into
Solaris 2.7 native?  (i.e. pointer problems)

Any way to avoid these, or work around them?
