gcc for ARM processor.

Hi:
I am trying to see if there is a gcc cross compiler for NT host and for ARM
cpu.  I installed gcc-2.95.2.2 and cygwin in my NT system.  I looked into
the cpu options and found ARM32 and ARM risc are not offical released.  Is
that correct?  If not, does anyone know the correct target or cpu option for
the configuration?  I tried ./configure --with-cpu=arm32.  Is this a correct
command?
