Can't find include file mips/a.out.h

Both mips-tfile.c and mips-tdump.c need an include file that can't be found -- mips/a.out.h.  I am attempting to build a mips-sgi-irix3 cross compiler on a sparc-sun-solaris2.6.  I have honestly searched several versions of the gcc tar files and the FAQs, but have not found any clues so far.

If you could tell me where to find that file or even email it to me, I would greatly appreciate it.
