LIBRARY_PATH shouldn't contain the current directory

While configuring new gcc compiler I got such an errors:

creating util/Makefile
creating config.h
config.h is unchanged
Configuring gcc...
loading cache ../config.cache
checking LIBRARY_PATH variable... contains current directory
configure: error: 
*** LIBRARY_PATH shouldn't contain the current directory when
*** building gcc. Please change the environment variable
*** and run configure again.
Configure in /tmp/gcc-2.95.2/gcc failed, exiting.

how to solve this problem?
