pb with gcc on IBM/AIX

Hi,
I try to link my program with gcc on IBM/AIX
I can't link my program because of the following message:
ld: 0711-781 ERROR: TOC overflow. TOC size: 68012      
Maximum size: 65536
collect2: ld returned 12 exit status
gmake: *** [testgc] Error 1
I try to put -mminimal-toc option but i have always the same message.
Is it possible to increase the Table Of Contents ? or any else solution?
