GNAT NT install

Hey gang, I have pretty simple & straightforward question....

I am having errors using the FSF GNAT compiler. The gcc and gnatbind
commands work fine, but the gnatlink command is giving me errors. When I go
to produce the executable, the following message appears after the gnatlink
command, "gnatlink: Couldn't locate gcc." I have tried v3.11p and v3.12p,
but the same error occurs. Is this a common problem? Is there something
small I am doing wrong?
