Update to gcc 2.95.2

Peter,

You can get rpms from http://rpmfind.net/linux/RPM/ (there are no RH
rpms, thus things may show up in different places than you expect.) If
you can use 2.95 instead of 2.95.2 you can get then from
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/libc6/i686/ . You will need to get the
appropriate version of cpp, which can also be found at these places.
