It's implemented in libstdc++-v3, the standard-compliant rewrite of
libstdc++ that will be part of GCC 3.0.  It's available as part of GCC
development snapshots.  Unfortunately, I believe it doesn't work with
GCC 2.95.2 in its current forms, but there are earlier snapshots of
libstdc++-v3 that do.
