Problems building gcc 2.95.2 on Solaris 2.7

I downloaded the gcc-2.95.2 .
I configured it according to your instructions, with
no special options.

When I tried to run "make bootstrap", I get the
following errors:

I am not sure what this is and what is "_IOSTRG". I am
using the Sun's C compiler (SC5.0).
I would really appreciate your help.
