How can I configure for SPARC v9 architecture?

Hi,

It seems to create 64bit gcc Sun CC 5.0 is required. Is it possible to 
create 64 bit gcc 2.95.1 on Solaris 2.x sparc from a 32bit gcc 2.95.1 sparc?
